In 2005, Rodrigo Aguiar, the son of founder Paulo Aguiar, took over the leadership of the company and expanded our services to include project management for major corporations. Among our first clients were the World Trade Center and ABN AMRO Bank, reflecting our commitment to excellence and innovation.

The following decade marked a new phase of growth and expansion. In 2009 and 2010, we began offering program management and project development services, solidifying our market presence. By 2012, we had earned the trust of major names such as Banco Itaú, Lojas Renner, Carrefour, and Latam, demonstrating our ability to meet and exceed the expectations of clients across various sectors.
